Module 2 has helped me to begin to understand what 'Blogs' are and
how they are used. This is my first experience using my own blog and it has been challenging getting things up and running. I seem to have shared my blog twice! Think I'm getting the hang of it now.
Have decided that the best way to get really into Blogging is to set up a Blog that I can share with my class. Hopefully we can have fun learning all about blogging by adding details of the books and the authors we have read and loved over the last semester.
Hopefully I will be able to share our blog in a few weeks time!

Module 1
Hi my name is Jo and this is the first time that I have set up a Blog. I work in a Primary School on the Mornington Peninsula. Although I am aware of many of the Web 2.0 tools mentioned in Module 1 I am really looking forward to learning how to use them in my classroom but also as a tool for communicating with parents.
I enjoyed watching the video's in Module 1 and in particular reading the 25 tools- A Toolbox for Learning Professionals. What a lot there is out there to use with students and I can't wait to start using some of these Web 2.0 tools in my classroom.
First job learn how to post this so it can be read and next - set up a class Blog.
